Monthly Private room [close to the YYC Airport]

We provide a clean private room with clean bathroom in townhouse (with a keyless smart door entry, carbon monoxide monitor and a bungalow) to all our guests. The Townhouse is located in a nice suburban neighborhood 17 minutes drive from the Calgary International Airport (YYC). I have used Airbnb for many of my travel in the past (I have stayed in both good and bad/dirty places) which were due to budgetary reasons at the time and now I would like to share my place with responsible Airbnb users. Clean Pillows Clean Bed Clean Bedsheets Clean Duvet bed cover All washed after every guest. We do not charge cleaning fee(s). In Response to the Covid 19 Pandemic. We would like to state our Standard Operating Procedures in preparation for the next guest(s): - I always wash the towels, bedsheets, pillow covers, bed duvet after every guest's stay (before the next guest arrives) as well as vacuum clean the room (before the next guest arrives) plus ventilate the rooms by opening the windows (as long as it is not raining outside). - I also clean the bathrooms/washrooms with bleach (before the next guest arrives). - Check-in time is usually After 4PM (which gives me time to clean/wash the bedsheets, towels and washroom) before the next guest arrives. Safe practices for all potential guest(s): - Remember to always wash your hand frequently. Reminder: This is a privately owned townhouse in a suburban residential community and it is neither a motel nor a hotel. We respect the privacy of each guest(s)/tenant(s) in our house. Please be respectful of the house rules. The townhouse is also very close to the following facilities: - Woodside Golf Course. - Real Canadian Superstore - Sobeys groceries store - Starbucks, Tim Hortons - Alexander's Steakhouse restaurant - Taj Indian Restaurant - Brewsters Restaurant - Power Edge Hockey Club Free parking by the street in front of the house. - No smoking in the house. - Do not enter other tenant's rooms. - Clean up all used dishes after use. - If you plan on bringing your friends to the house please read the rest of the details (for additional payment per guests) and inform us (the hosts) about such guest(s). - Be considerate, responsible and respectful when you are in the house. - All house supplies are provided by the owner of the house and not provided/owned by Airbnb. To all potential guests: Please I prefer to be contacted via the Airbnb App messenger and not via cell phone number because I change my phone number when I travel. However, the house has a keyless digital code entry; so potential guests can still have access to the room in the house and I engage with all my guests constantly via the Airbnb message board/messenger before they arrive at the house.
