Beautiful Custom Log Cabin near White Mountains

Enjoy year round outdoor fun, located minutes from the White Mountains, Loon Mountain ski area and Franconia Notch. Leaf peepers rejoice in the endless colors of fall. Shoppers will find various antique, fudge, and other quaint village stores nearby. With the rental of our property, guests will also have access to local beaches, two lakes (with boat rentals), fishing areas, a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts (located in common area) and beautiful walking trails. Living area, bedroom and loft area, bathroom, lower level with washer/dryer, and grounds. Owners will provide instructions on how to access home. They are available by cell/text/email. Home is located in Mountain Lakes region of North Haverhill, NH. Homes in this area enjoy a variety of amenities. Swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, two large lakes with fishing with boat rentals, and beaches. Winter rentals enjoy access to ice rink and sledding hill. While the home is enjoyed by those seeking tranquility, it is also very convenient. Grocery stores, gas/quick stop shopping, and NH liquor store all minutes away. Due to the close proximity to the White Mountain National Forest, cell phone service is limited. The home is equipped with a Wi-Fi router for text/data usage. BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED. Guests are asked to bring their own blankets/sheets/pillowcases. Beds sizes are 1 Queen size bed and 4 twin size beds. Bath linens and beach towels are provided. External cameras are installed on the home for security reasons and are limited to public areas (driveway, entrances). While we value your privacy, the cameras allow us to remotely monitor our home when unoccupied, and send an alert when there is detected movement (so far, mainly wildlife). Guests are asked to take garbage to town facility for drop off- there is no refuse service in North Haverhill. The address to the facility will be given to guests. There is a per bag fee associated with drop off (I believe it is $2 per bag). This is not covered in the rental fee of the home.
