A contemporary oceanfront apartment with access to a horizon pool located at the end of a quiet lane on the south shore between Whale Bay and Church Bay. Ideal for those looking to relax, with great ocean views from every room We also have a 3 Bed Contemporary Oceanfront Villa with private horizon pool approximately a mile down the road perfect for larger groups and family gatherings! A bright, open plan and spacious interior with a contemporary finish. Shared access to the pool, just between the apartment and the main house. It a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Very close to the beaches, golf, and major hotels and restaurants. The closest beach is West Whale Bay which is approximately 1mile away and can be a pleasant walk along some quiet lanes. Church Bay (great for snorkeling) is about 1 1/2 miles away and the main beaches of Horseshoe and Warwick Long Bay are about 3 miles. On the golf front the Port Royal golf course is about 1 mile away, Riddles Bay and the Fairmont Southampton par 3 course are also close. For those that want to improve their golf swing there is a floodlit driving range less that 1/2 a mile away. We are well served by public transport. The house is on bus routes #7 and #8 so there can be buses as frequent as every 15 minutes from town. We are however 1/2 mile walk from the bus stop along a quiet lane. The Rockaway ferry stop is about 1 mile away with a regular service to Hamilton. The apartment has a good sized well stocked kitchen for those that would prefer to eat-in. The apartment has its own BBQ perfect for lazy summer evenings. There is a large flat screen TV with cable, also a good selection of movies available in the apartment and Apple TV for those that prefer to stream ! Last and by no means least wireless internet throughout. Shared access to the pool, just between the apartment and the main house. We live next door and are available to help and assist as needed. The Rockaway ferry stop is about 1 mile away with a regular service to Hamilton. We are happy to arrange an airport pick-up service, we have a friendly cabbie who will meet you in arrivals and bring you to the apartment, he can even stop on the way for groceries and rental bike options. For special occasions we can also arrange for you to be collected by your own private chauffeur in a vintage car !
