Our house is decorated in coastal decor, a short distance to gourmet grocer "Harrington Hundreds" (HH), public dock at Harrington Sound is great for swimming, snorkeling & fishing. Flatt's Village is a hop with several restaurants to choose from, Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo & beautiful Flatt's inlet. A short bus, moped or twizzy ride to John Smith's Bay. The Spittal Pond Nature Reserve is an easy walk and is directly adjacent to HH Grocery Store. Beautiful ocean views of the sound from your private terrace and garden along with a relaxing hot tub and private outdoor shower. Want to hang out with the locals in the summer? Take a walk down to the Harrington Sound public dock where you will find locals and visitors enjoying the ocean. Fishing tackle is provided if you'd like to catch your dinner. Enjoy a bbq at sunset in your own private garden. After dinner and drinks, slip into your suits for a nice soak in the hot tub. A private outdoor shower is near the hot tub for your convenience. Want to lay under the stars? We have comfy lounge chairs for that! Alternatively, head inside for a movie, with three smart tv's and 50 megs of fiber to allow you to connect to your favorite hub. Lots to see and do at Flatt's village, including our unique Aquarium and Zoo. Grab some lunch at BUZZ Beastro before you leave and have a sit on the T-dock to watch amazing sunsets and beautiful boats crossing under the bridge. We are also about a 10 minute twizzy or moped ride from the famous Swizzle Inn tavern in Bailey's Bay. The Spittal Pond nature reserve is an adventure you won't want to miss. Stop at Portuguese Rock for aerial views of the South Shore that can't be beat. Take a walk to John Smith’s Bay for a swim in our tropical, clear waters. We are central and have enough activities around the immediate area to keep everyone busy! All space on the property is accessible: full service kitchen, breakfast island, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Two bedrooms, one with ocean views. Living area has a pull out sofa bed, dining table and electric fireplace. Outside is a large terrace, two person hot tub and outdoor shower. Quiet Smith's Parish neighborhood, many activities in walking distance. Bus stops at the bottom of the estate. Property is turned over, cleaned and sanitized by a professional and experienced cleaning contractor. Stays longer than seven (7) days require access to allow a professional cleaner to refresh the property. There is no charge however it is mandatory.
