The Carriage House

Beautiful, newly renovated two bedroom apartment above a garage. This space is airy and bright, full of colour and attention to detail. Sitting on Porters Lake, this space is a 2 minute drive to Lawrencetown Beach, perfect for people who love the water and right beside the Trans Canada trail great for walking an biking. Above a detached garage right on the lake, this space is cozy and comfy. It’s got a vintage flair with a pink fridge. A large deck is all yours for relaxing on. Guests have access to the lake and the yard in front and beside the carriage house. They have their own campfire pit and have shared access to the canoe. We are either on property in the main house or if it is rented, a 5 minute drive down the road. We are very responsive and are generally available to guests. If not us, our property manager Shannon will be able to help you. Close to Lawrencetown Beach, Lawrencetown Beach Cafe, East Coast Surf School, Rose and Rooster Cafe. We are 15 mins to the closest grocery store and gas station but there are local convenience stores 5-10 mins in either direction. 35-40 mins from downtown Halifax You will need a car to get here. There is no public transportation to our location.
