This pretty Summer home is perfect for a great stay on this beautiful island. It's 5 minutes to Punta Salina or Isla de Cabra and only 15 min from beaches in Isla Verde. Only 15-20 min from airport. Parking available in front of home. Access to entire home amenities. Free wifi available. Fully furnished. With brand new beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. I provide Fans through out the home and there is AC In main bedroom. To be used only at night if needed. Not to be in use in the day. The home is on the upstairs of the main home. It has a private and separate entrance. Lovely balcony for afternoon/evening lounging. Close to shopping, beaches, local entertainment. Beaches, shopping malls, movies, all tourist attractions, local atmosphere, local food, airport. Puerto Rico's public transportation is not very reliable. You will need a car to get around comfortably. Parking in front of house is available. The house is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are fully furnished and available at all times. Third bedroom is empty and perfect for a home office if needed. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood in the heart of Levittown. It's has great local night life and beautiful breezy evenings great for relaxing on the balcony. Puerto Rico's public transportation is not very reliable. You will need a car to get around comfortably. Parking in front of house is available. All furniture is brand new. Bedrooms, sofas, dining table.
