1 Bedroom Apt (401) in Heritage building

My place is close to nightlife, public transport, public transport from airport, Downtown Halifax, Waterfront.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). Apt is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belongings will be in Apt) All pets must be approved before booking. Free shared parking on site 1 bedroom character Apt with A/C in Heritage building. Will provide portable crib/playpen upon request. Space will be accessible 24/7 via lock box located in main entry vestibule. I will be available via voice/ text and email anytime during your stay Walking distance to the Waterfront, Downtown/nightlife/restaurants, Spring Garden Rd, Dal Tech and major Grocery stores. Apt is located on major bus route and within minutes to Halifax Via rail station. Street parking not an issue. Metered 8 am until 6 pm ( 2 hour limited) Monday through Friday only, all other times free. I can provide shared parking for up to 2 vehicles on site. Parking: I do have shared parking for cars on site (parking in tandem) requires a little communication with other Airbnb guest in apt adjacent your apt. Space is ideal if you don't require your car doing your stay... Location is 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th and 6th space from back of building off Harvey street. Please park as far forward as possible. *Please contact me before parking. Laundry: Washer/dryer are located in basement, 2nd last door on the left. Main door key opens door. Wash is: $1:50 ( loonie and 2 quarters with quarters slot on the right side) dryer is:$2 ( 2 loonies) There will be a couple of laundry pods in washroom vanity, if not please ask.
