Unique Micro Loft in Heritage building. My place is close to public transport, nightlife, public transport from Airport, Downtown Halifax, Waterfront and Grocery stores. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. 43 inch flat screen HD cable smart TV. All pets must be approved before booking. Loft height is 5'10" in main area with height over bed space 4'5''. Loft is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belonging will be in Loft) Free shared parking Apt is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belonging will be in Apt) Free shared parking Guest have access to entire Apt. I will be available 24/7 during your stay for any questions or concerns by voice/text or email. Walking distance to the Waterfront, Downtown/nightlife/restaurants, Spring Garden Rd, Dal Tech and major Grocery stores. Apt is located on major bus route and within minutes to Halifax Via rail station. Street parking not an issue. Metered 8 am until 6 pm Monday through Friday only, all other times free. I can provide shared parking on site. Parking: I do have shared parking for cars on site (parking in tandem) requires a little communication with other Airbnb guest in apt adjacent your apt. Space is ideal if you don't require your. car during your stay ... Location is 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th space from back of building off Harvey street. Wash is: $1:50 ( loonie and 2 quarters with quarters slot on the right side) dryer is:$2 ( 2 loonies) There will be a couple of laundry pods in washroom vanity, if not please ask.
