Hilltop House

Situated at the base of Mount Helena, in the mansion district, Hilltop House features a beautifully landscaped exterior introducing you to a well kept upstairs apartment with plenty of charm. A comfortable 1 bed/1 bath has a relaxing living room with gas fireplace and walkout balcony , a cute kitchen, bathroom with a claw foot tub/shower and lots of light. The close proximity to our historic downtown and walking /biking trails allows visitors the opportunity to experience the Helena we love. TV in living room with Roku stick for guests to use with their own streaming account. No cable TV service provided. One Queen size bed. Microwave, refrigerator and stove top/oven available for use in kitchen. Basic utensils, pots , pans and salt and pepper are provided. A variety of breakfast foods ( granola bars, yogurt etc.) and drinks ( coffee, tea and hot chocolate ) are provided . Owners live in lower level of the house and interaction varies with each booking. Hilltop House is within walking distance to downtown Helena historic sites, restaurants, breweries, museums, theaters, shops and the Mount Helena trail system for hiking and biking . The Bray Foundation, Spring Meadow Lake and Carroll College are also very close to our westside location. The Capital T bus service provides transportation to several areas of town and the Fuller & Placer transfer point/stop is 5 blocks directly down the street. Also available downtown is the Helena Trail Rider, a free shuttle service which takes hikers and bikers to various trail heads in town. Also of interest, we are 4.2 miles , approx. 12 minutes from the Helena airport. No smoking. No pets. Not suitable for children (0 - 12). Stairs to climb outside and inside. Clawfoot tub is higher off floor than a regular tub so grab bar has been installed to aid in stepping in and out of the tub. No events or parties. 2 night minimum stay.
