This villa is located on 2 acres of lush, private oceanfront property. There are four villas on the property: 1 is rented long term and three are available for short term rental; owner lives on the ground floor where you will also find Fusion Floral Art & Gift Gallery featuring work of local artists. A wooded landscaped path leads you to our own private beach right behind Fusion Beach Villas. From here, you can walk to popular Jobos Beach ( 5 minute walk) and surf, swim, sip cocktails at the bar or simply lounge on the beach and watch the action. Fusion Beach Villa's open LOFT studio (sleeps 2-4) has a kitchen equipped with1/2 size refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave. Villla is equipped with high ceilings, A/C, ceiling fan, 32" flat screen TV, sofa, 2 double beds (one is a murphy bed that tucks into the wall); double glass doors open onto an oceanfacing balcony equipped with table and chairs.
