This awesome "Quinta Maya" condo building is located on the gorgeous beach of Puerto Aventuras. This beautiful condo can sleep 3 to 4(MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS ALLOWED) persons including kids comfortably. The condo is only steps away from the Caribbean with 2 beautiful pools to enjoy. There are 2 Quinta Maya buildings. Our condo overlooks the beautiful garden and pool with the beach just steps away. You'll receive plenty of sun or shade on the private beach for tenants of Quinta Maya. The condo comes with everything you need for your family to have a memorable vacation. There is a television in the bedroom and a 50" television in the living room with satellite tv. Also, we have a murphy bed that comes out from the wall with a comfortable queen sized bed. You can swim or snorkel in the Caribbean, or just hang out at the beach working on your tan. The condo complex has 2 resort style pools along with a beach, palm trees and hammocks to enjoy. You'll wake up in morning and can enjoy a coffee overlooking the beautiful garden and pools. End your day with a glass of wine off of the balcony in the living room. The condo comes with 2 satellite televisions, WiFi, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. This is our 2nd place that we own in Puerto Aventuras. We don't have any reviews right now, but please look at my 50+ reviews for my other property which is 350920. I believe this will make you feel comfortable that I am going to provide you a great place, service, and experience. The marina with all the great restaurants, Dolphin Discovery, and Omni are less than a five minute walk. . The complex comes with elevators so no walking up or down stairs is required. Great snorkeling is just a few steps away where you'll see tons of fish. There is so much to do like swimming with the dolphins, golfing, tennis, spa, shopping, fishing, para-sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and so much more. You have dozens of restaurants to choose from. You can listen to live music every night. All of this is less than a 5 minute walk. Our condominium and Puerto Aventuras is a great way to wind down and relax. This is a wonderful and affordable rental opportunity for the short or long term. *IMPORTANT* The building rules of Quinta Maya allow tenants to enjoy the pool and beach along with the chairs for 8am to 10pm. However, if the tenants have guests over to visit Quinta Maya those guests are not allowed to use the chairs or pools. Sorry about that but they are the building rules.
