This is an walk up three levels penthouse apartment with security guard at the gate entrance and video surveillance 24/7 inside the apartment and premises . The apartment It is located in Guaynabo city aprox 20-35 minutes (depending of traffic rush hour) from the airport, Condado, San Juan city , Old San Juan, beaches, museum and with ease access to main roads. Pharmacy, hospital, restaurants, banks, police station, theaters, shopping center, gas stations are locate aprox within 5-10 minutes from the apartment. - On the first level of the apartment you will find living and dining areas, half bathroom, small balcony and kitchen (photos are included on Airbnb ). You will have access to all common areas including the kitchen if you wish to heat you own meals or storage any food or beverage. You need to bring your own groceries and/or beverages. The wine cooler is for exclusive use of the host. - On the second level there is three bedrooms, Room #1 ( also listed ) with a full side bed with A/C, cable TV and WI-Fi, one bathroom on the hallway near the room and it will be use only by the guest. -In this same level floor there's two more rooms, the master room which is the one I use and the computer room ( listed as Room # 2) , this room has A/C and a futon and is available for rent for those renting room #1 and they are more than two people. (Same rate per night as room # 1 apply for additional guest on room # 1). Once you made a reservation if you choose to rent only one room the second room will be block in order to keep privacy and comfort to the guests during the stay. (If you are renting for one or two person I recommend to choose Room #1) There's also on this second level a laundry area (washer and dryer) which only can be use by long term rentals ( after 7 days). - On the third level there's a terrace with another bathroom, this are can be use by the guest if you like to enjoy the sun and tanning or just like a quiet area to relax. - Parking space: one car space it is included and is located in front of the apartment (see photo ). Since this is a back to back parking for two cars and we will be sharing the parking it is require that the car keys are left visible in case either one have to go out. I will ensure that your car is always park with easy access out first. Common areas : living room, kitchen , balcony , terrace , swimming pool, parking It will be my pleasure to share some time with the guest if they feels like it . I totally respect your privacy nevertheless i am very accessible and gladly will share with you where the good restaurants are, places to visit and how to get to your destination safety and easily . Will put all my effort to help you out with anything that is on my hands and/ or refer you with the right person . Localization - my neighborhood is on prime area with easy access to the main roads, pharmacy 24/7 , restaurants, bank in front of the complex within walking distance. Safety - police surveillance, very safe to exercise or just to go for evening walk . People - diversity of professionals young and matures, who will give smile and a warm welcoming. Tranquility and privacy There is a free shuttle bus for certain areas within Guaynabo area. Affordable bus and train transportation but it is limited to some areas . Taxi is always available they have steady fee . Also UBER services is available. A rental car is highly recommended if you want to go out of the metropolitan area. Please note as per Room #1 the length of staying is on weekly basis, if you will like to stay additional days you can do so by doing a new reservation, in that case it is recommended that you do your reservations for the number of days that you are planning to stay at once in order to avoid instants blocking days from others guests reservations . Once you do your reservation your days will be blocked in the calendar automatically ensuring your days length.
