Fully equipped kitchen and some cabinets is labeled for guests only, coffee/tea available; Sofa and Cable TV in the living room on the main floor * Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and various amenities. * Check-in: Between 3 pm to 9 pm * Check-out: By 11 am Our kitchen and living room are on the main floor with the master bedroom and guest suites on the second floor. Important Note: Guest access Due to current Pandemic guest access to kitchen is limited to the microwave and fridge. No cooking will be allowed. Note: The den on the 2nd floor is only for the use of host. There is a free street parking available in front of the house. Guests will be provided with an easy key-less entry code for convenient access. The host lives on-site. 10 minute walk to Manning Town Centre where you find a variety of entertainment, shopping and dining options including Cineplex Cinemas, Brown Social House, Boston Pizza, Thai Express, Five Guys, Winners, Blaze Pizza, Edo Japan and many more. 9 minute drive to Hermitage Park, 9 minute drive to Londonderry Mall, 7 minute drive to Clareview Transit Center (or 10 min bus ride) to take the LRT (Light Rail Train) with easy access to downtown Edmonton; 6 minute walk to the closest bus stop
