40 WINKS INN ALAMOSA

You will fall in love with this airbnb. Absolutely gorgeous King one bedroom studio apartment with another seperate room with a queen bed ( has its own entrance and still connects to main part of 40 Winks). Plus in the main area tucked in a little corner is another queen bed! The best LOCATION! Located right in the heart of Alamosa. This Inn is right in front of the Beautiful Cole Park. Walking distance to the Museum, downtown, railroad station, local restaurants. Sand Dunes-34 miles away! Weekend adventure who would like a base and wants to see a lot of local and area attractions. Ride or walk around in Cole Park. Trail & bike maps located in Inn. Tons of area attractions right at your fingertips. The park has walking and biking trails, right near the Rio Grande River. BBQ areas in park just bring your charcoal and meat! Horseshoe pits, bike jumps, baseball fields. Would be a great location for a event. You have the whole middle section of this Inn. Plus I just added the left side with its own entrance & TV -and it still is part of #1. Where the couch and living area is there is also a queen bed tucked in a little nook. 40 Winks #2 is the right side of the Inn-(also available on airbnb). You have a complete fenced in yard for your children or pets. You don't need a gym because you have a" free" one right out your door. During the day you can walk to town enjoy the Alamosa Museum and numerous delicious local restaurants. You are walking distance to the Scenic Railroad that can take you up to one of the many weekend summer concerts. If you love to read a great book or research some history visit the local Library just minutes away. I have stayed and worked in numerous Hotels and Motels, BNB's. I know what I like and I hope I can work with each guest to give you a Wonderful stay and a great experience. If i didn't think of something let me know. My goal is to be a great host for everyone. This Inn is located in a unique spot in that it is right in front of Cole Park of Alamosa. This park offers a playground, horseshoe pits, festivals, Rio Grande River, BBQ pits and picnic areas, baseball fields. Also is the beginning of many bike trails and walking paths. 40 Winks is very near the Cattails Golf Coarse. Cole Park hosts some type of event nearly every weekend in the summer. Alamosa Colorado has a taxi service, numerous rental car agencies within our Airport. If you are interested I provide two bicycles free of charge with a signed waiver just let me know you are interested in this. If you are interested in finding out about local properties and have a interest in log cabins. I am your girl! The San Luis Valley is very fortunate in that we can offer great Colorado land for great prices. Forbes Park (Malcolm Forbes created) is about a hour away. Grew up in Silverton Colorado have lots of info about the Mining History in this Western Area.
