If you plan on visiting malls, movie theaters, or other places that are not in the zone, the best way is by taxi. Electricity is not included for weekly and monthly stays. There is a US$30 surcharge per week for electricity consumption for stays under 30 nights. For long-term stays (more than 30 nights), there is a US$120 surcharge per month of electricity consumption. These surcharges will be paid through Airbnb, prior to your arrival you will receive a payment request.
