Beautiful vacation home newly built with beam and stucco construction that offers fabulous views of the ocean. Great outdoor space around the pool. Home has a dining room, kitchen, living room with TV, 2 bedrooms with 2 and 1/2 baths, 1 spare room with bed can sleep 2extra with add fee. 7 min walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. Fishing and whale watching can be arranged at the marina. Beach has volleyball net and bay is ideal for paddle boarding, boogie boarding and swimming. Our home offers beautiful ocean views with a unique feel of the jungle. Amazing sunsets with a cozy home feeling. We have free parking in the garage and space available on the street. We also have a keyless entry for your convenience. We do have an English speaking caretaker for the house who manages the pool and house. The town offers a laundry facility, many restaurant's and local grocery shopping. Fishing at the marina and whale watching are especially prime from December to March. Chacala has taxi service that can take you to and from the airport if you are not renting a car. The town is small enough you can walk to wherever you need to go if just staying at the house. There is a par 3 golf course 20 minutes away at El Monteon. Look for it on your way to Chacala on the main road to the left. Many people enjoy bird watching in Chacala, where there are more than 350 species both indigenous and migratory.
