Enjoy our freshly remodeled space or mediate by the river~ we have a seasonal waterfall (Aquellos) that you can see from your suite during the rainy season, or hike to our super private all year round fall (Aquaella) for a brisk serene dip~ Guests have access to the downstairs unit only (upstairs unit is occupied by host), gazebo, yard, river, etc. I am happy to make new friends and help out with anything you need! I live upstairs with my two cats, who, are not allowed inside your place! They will try and convince you to let them inside however 😂 I also have a flock of chickens and peacocks, and you too can wake to the natural alarm clock of my roosters Lorenzo, Tron, and Cardano! You can find me working upstairs or in the garden. At times there may be tours and projects going on, on the land that you’re welcome to take part in! There may even be some fresh free range eggs available depending on the season when my hens are laying vs nesting! Catch me in the evenings lounging in a hammock after a hard days work! We are in the beautiful national forest land of Toro Negro, at the convergence of 4 rivers! Nearby attractions include the worlds longest zip line, stunning waterfalls, hiking, and local cuisine. Enjoy the sounds of nature like never before! *on weekends, typically sundays cars joyride the scenic route and sometimes blast music, but it’s always good music :) Follow the parking instructions in the check in guide. Gated access, everything you need to know will be given no sooner than 1 week prior to arrival! I’ll send you the link on airbnb messenger! -There is no guest WiFi, as I only get limited amount of WiFi, and it’s extremely slow, and I need it for Emergecny and for work. It’s satellite, and barely works anyhow. -Cats, Chickens, Peacocks on property, this means they crow at dawn! Peacocks are crazy loud and sound either like a weird cat or a cross between a bicycle horn and a donkey it’s adorable, and very loud! -During the rainy season, the waterfalls are so loud, the house is surrounded by them, and the rivers. The sounds of the night between the waters, bugs, and owls are tremendous! If you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the place for your rejuvenation unless you love white natural noise! -Steep and challenging terrain, the road from the parking area to the airbnb is steep, so is the walk to the waterfall. By booking this listing you are acknowledging that we are not held liable for any injuries that happen on the property or adjacent river/waterfalls. -We are a homestead, so you might see various work crews through out your stay building hurricane proof structures, temples, yoga/meditation decks, or raised beds. -Everything is gated, self entry with pin code. To protect the space, please do not share these codes or our location with others. Please don’t give directions to share our location on social media. -Please read all our house rules and agree to them prior to requesting booking.
