There is a wraparound porch/patio for the beautiful sunsets and a view of Little Cayman. The house hosts cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, air conditioning, free Wifi, a 55" HDTV, a Wii console, blue ray player, free US/Canada phone calls and a phone for local calls. There is a BBQ grill located on the patio. This property has been inspected and meets the Cayman Islands standards of cleaning and is Covid free. This house has a propane/gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave and a reverse osmosis (RO) system. There is also a coffee maker, blender, toaster and some additional small appliances. The panty is stocked with essential items such as spices, coffee, coffee filters, tea bags and ice tea mix, and miscellaneous items. There is a separate laundry room located in the back of the house. Entire house except locked owners closet. I can be reached by phone or email. The house is located on a quiet dead-end street. There is currently only one neighbor. There are usually parrots in the trees munching on the grapes. The house is located by the hospital and close to the museum. There is also a grocery store close by. There is ample parking on the property next to the house. The stores are closed on Sunday. If you plan to arrive on Saturday after 6 or on Sunday, I can arrange to have some essential food items there at the house. Just send me a list of items you would like.
