This Bedroom is available for 2 guests with a 2 Piece private bathroom, _please note there is no shower-.. Guests can use the kitchen, sun-room, TV room, large back deck. We provide breakfast but do not accommodate any special dietary needs. A BBQ is available from the back deck overlooking the water. The bedroom is upstairs while our quarters are on the main level. We share the kitchen with guests but are out of the way when kitchen is needed by guests. Guests use stairs to upper floor with bedrooms. Owners, Len and Judie use the main floor accommodation. There is a large kitchen that guests can use for preparing lunch or dinner. The sun-room is ideal for card games, a quiet read, or catching up on wifi. Guests can use the sun-room, kitchen, large deck or TV room. We will greet you at the door. We have ocean view and a number of fruit trees, and shrubs on the property. Nearby is a lovely lighthouse at Gilbert`s Cove, plus Savary Park, 5 km south of us. Also nearby is Bear River which is an artist community with 2 wineries, and cafe, and Annapolis Royal- Canada`s oldest settlement which has 2 forts and is a 40 minute drive. Down the road- there is PONY RIDES and FEED the HORSES a treat of carrots or blueberries- great for all ages The local bus stop is opposite us at the Barton Post Office. WE recommend having a car sightseeing. It is advisable to rent one when booking holiday as cars can be scarce in the busy summer season. Summer 2020- There are travel restrictions in Nova Scotia- only those from the Atlantic Provinces can book reservations for this season-All bedrooms are upstairs. Owners sleep on the main floor in a separate area.
