This two-story vacation rental is the oldest building in Creek Street National Historic District. Renovated with contemporary furnishings, you’ll feel like you’re at home. Located directly Creek Street boardwalk, you’ll enjoy the stunning views of the harbor and the creek. This unit has one bedroom with a queen size bed and an adjoining side room with two twin beds. It also has a comfortable foldout sofa in the living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, fireplace, and small dining area. Preacher's House is a gem on the Creek. It's comfortable and cozy spaces are perfect for a family. The first floor has a kitchen, small dining table and four chairs, and living room with a fireplace. The bathroom has a washer and dryer guests are welcome to use. Upstairs is an interesting space with a queen size bed, tv, couch, and an adjoining room with two additional twin beds. (It should be noted there is no door in between the two spaces). **Guest should note that we collect a local sales tax (6.5%) and occupancy tax (7%) upon arrival. Guests are welcome to the entire space and can use anything in the unit. All cooking equipment is provided, as well as books, board games, and laundry soap. Guest Services hours are 7:30am to 9:00 pm in the summer and 8:00 am to 8:00pm in the winter. Guests will have access to a phone number that is staffed 24/7. Creek Street is a designated neighborhood on the National Register of Historic Places in down town Ketchikan, Alaska. It is boardwalk mounted over Ketchikan Creek—a salmon spawning, tidally influenced creek in the center of Ketchikan. By choosing to stay at the Inn at Creek Street, you'll be closest to all the best restaurants, activities, and shopping—and you'll be on the bus line if you want to travel out of the city to experience some of the surrounding trails and hikes around Ketchikan. We will provide a shuttle to and from the airport, just call the phone number listed when booking. Once here, you’ll be in the heart of Ketchikan and close to all the best restaurants, shopping, and activities. We’re also along the bus line if you want to venture out of town.
