A/C that works well in both bedrooms and ceiling fans in every room. Kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave, stove, blender, and accessories. 5 minutes to a great local beach. 15 minutes to amazing surfing in Rincon. Minutes to Walgreens, supermarkets, great local restaurants, and other attractions. Family nearby to offer local information and guidance, and we're available by phone. Safe, and friendly residential neighborhood. Minutes from route 2. Close to Mayaquez, Rincon, Cabo Rojo, Lajas, Aguadilla. We just installed a whole house generator, as the power on the island does go out more frequently than the mainland US or Europe. The generator automatically switches on and powers the whole house, as needed. Plenty of extras, like bug spray, a hairdryer, and fast wifi. New solar hot water heater! Guests can let themselves in and out at their convenience. 5 minutes to a great local beach. 15 minutes to amazing surfing in Rincon. Minutes to Walgreens, supermarkets, great local restaurants, and other attractions. Family nearby to offer local information and guidance, and we're available by phone. COVID-19 Update: We recognize the challenges of travelling right now and want to assure you that we're doing everything we can to keep our spaces sanitary. Our cleaning people are using an FDA approved sanitizer on all surfaces and paying extra attention to make the space as clean as possible. The CDC has said that the virus does not easily spread through contaminated surfaces, but we'd rather be extra careful. We're also leaving 3 days between all guest visits, which is the longest time the CDC says the virus can live on surfaces. The health of our cleaning crew is also being monitored, and they will receive paid time off, if they need it.  Plenty of extras, like bug spray, a hairdryer, and fast wifi.
