ShantyStay Accommodations-Sleeping Cabins (D)

Our little sleeping cabins resemble lobster bait shacks similar to what you’ll see in many fishing villages/harbours. They were lovingly handcrafted using Island White Cedar. They are rustic but cozy, comfortable yet basic. Located in a village setting close to all amenities, coffee shops, restaurants, The Confederation Trail, the Iles de la Madeleine Ferry(CTMA), all within walking distance. Souris Beach is a 10 minute walk and our other famous beaches are a close drive away. Lic# (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Our cabins measure 12 x 12 feet and include a double bed with duvet bedding made from sustainable cotton and hung out to dry, bath area with shower stall, mini fridge and two chairs. Except for a few bath accessories there is no plastic. They are insulated, heated electrically and cooled only by an oscillating fan and two screened windows that allow the Ocean breeze to flow through. A cathedral ceiling makes them feel airy and spacious. There is no TV...only wifi in common area with coverage in some cabins. Storage is limited.
