The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax. The Layover is a small but suitable place to stay with all the amenities that you would expect from a hotel. If you plan on bringing a pet, please pay the pet fee. You will get a negative review if you avoid the fee. As more illnesses and viruses become a concern, it’s imperative to know the cleaning policies of the places you visit. At the Layover, we clean all items that might be touched with Clorox wipes. These items include door handles, remote control, coffee maker, refrigerator and anything else that may be touched. For added reinsurance, these wipes may be found under the sink for people wanting to wipe down anything else. You can always reach out to me with any questions. Thanks. Most people get around in a car but we like to walk and ride bikes in our neighborhood. As for parking, you should park in the designated parking spot near the airbnb or on the street. I can always be contacted via email or text. The neighborhood of Pettaway is a tight community of people. We often hang out, take walks, get drinks, and other events that makes this community a lively neighborhood. The best way to get to SOMA is to walk and see all the new homes being built, meet some neighbors, and just take in the area. If you want to go further, driving is the best way. There is a $19 daily fee for pets. Please add this in the pet section. If you do not pay the fee, a negative review will be given. If it is not raining, please leave the windows open when you checkout and take your trash to the bin besides the garage. This helps air out the place from smells and protects the next guest from airborne viruses.
