Turtle Beach Villa is a lovely 5 bedrooms, family-friendly beachfront villa sitting on world-famous Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Located at the tip of the quiet, western, residential end of Grace Bay Beach, this beautiful five bedrooms, five-bathrooms villa offers comfortable accommodation and fantastic snorkeling right outside your door. Turtle Beach Villa is built almost at the water's edge and fronting 12 miles of magnificent, white, sandy beach. Although you couldn't be closer to the beach and ocean, Turtle Beach Villa has an imaginative, infinity-edge pool and spacious decks for your enjoyment and relaxation. Enjoy spectacular views and colorful sunsets right from your private deck or from your pool. Turtle Beach Villa has beautifully landscaped gardens, filled with colorful tropical plants and palm trees. Even in the dining room, you can enjoy the fresh air through the large patio doors, which open fully for a true indoor/outdoor experience. However, once you pull away from this idyllic setting, you will find six restaurants, all within easy walking distance, as well as various marina activities offering fishing, diving, tours and more. Turtle Beach Villa has a large, fully equipped kitchen; a gas-fired Barbecue grill is also on the deck for your enjoyment. Recently, all outside floors and both stairways were re-finished with beautiful & cool European limestone. Although most people spend the majority of their time outside, Turtle Beach Villa does have a spacious living room and provides you with a high-speed internet connection at no charge, as well as 118 channel cable TV including HBO, Cinemax, etc. and a radio, CD, and DVD player with an iPhone adaptor to play your own selection of I-Tunes music in the living room. Each of the five bedrooms has 118 channel cable TV, as well as a private outside entrance for added privacy. Note: if there are young children in your party, please be aware that the 4 bedrooms on the lower level do not open onto the interior of the villa or to each other. The four beach level bedrooms enjoy a garden view and open onto a breezeway, which is gated on either end. Each bedroom has its own bathroom complete with a hairdryer; each bedroom has optional air conditioning, which is metered via an easy to read digital meter. Just outside your door is the famous Smith's Reef, a colorful, tropical reef, teeming with abundant sea life. Here you can simply wade out from shore and snorkel on one of the best reefs in the country. Note: with the coral reef so close to the shore, a rocky strip exists between the sandy beach and the water in this immediate area, but there are several nearby easy access points into the water. ** Notes: • All of our properties are offered with double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages. • AC is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given a $150 weekly AC allotment; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in. • Turtle Cove is a great walkable neighborhood with 5 restaurants and Turtle Cove Marina just a short walk from the villa. • A rental car is the best means of transportation. • This property is typically offered in one week blocks on a Saturday to Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. COVID Policies Update: • Credit policy: In the event that the island is closed to international travel or there is a mandatory quarantine in place upon arrival at PLS, TC Villas will issue 100% credit to be used at the same villa within 12 months.
