Located minutes from downtown State College, Beaver Stadium, the BJC and Penn State's Ag Progress grounds and the village of Boalsburg. Private entrance, a full bath, Roku TV, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee pot and laundry available. Garden veranda is lovely for morning coffee! Recently renovated and spacious, the suite is located in the lower level of our home in the quiet Ramblewood neighborhood. Fairbrook Park is perfect for a morning run or evening walks. Can accommodate 2 guests comfortably, up to 4 guests using the additional bedding. Please ask! Queen Size Bed in the bedroom. A queen size air mattress is available for use in the living room area by request. The guest suite has a private entrance with a key-pad lock coded specifically to each guest reservation. Late arrivals are no issue. We respect the privacy of our guests but are available for any questions or needs that arise before or during your stay. For PSU football games we can help with parking or game day shuttle tips. Always happy to weigh in on local dining choices and have some menus available for guests to preview. The Ramblewood neighborhood is situated among the tranquil farmlands of Happy Valley and located approximately 10-15 minutes from campus. It is quiet and very family-friendly. 13.8 miles from the University Park Airport. We are approximately 8 miles and a very easy commute to/from all points of downtown State College and Beaver Stadium! An Uber ride from our place to downtown averages approximately $25, depending on the time of day. IMPORTANT: We have pets on the premises and cook with peanuts. This property is not recommended for guests with severe allergies.
