Hello! We are excited to offer our place to you on this amazing island! You will have a private entrace with an electronic key code that leads you into a cozy 1bedroom apartment. Walk downtown within 8 minutes to enjoy sights of the harbor, board your charter boat, stock up on fishing supplies or just stroll the town to get a bite to eat. The brewery is located even closer if you wish to enjoy a cold beer after exploring the island. The space is an entire 1 bedroom apartment that offers a full eat-in kitchen, stocked with everything you may need to feel at home. Sit on the couch and relax with wifi access TV to sign into your Netflix or Hulu account. Full bathroom with provided soaps, shampoo, and linens. In the bedroom, you will find a queen sized bed with small chest of drawers and a closet to keep your belongings. GUEST ACCESS The entry door has electronic key code and you will receive your code to access the apartment before you arrive. Password protected WiFi access available. Coin operated laundry room is conveniently located on premises with provided detergent. One parking spot is available in front of the apartment for your rental car and on street parking available for guests. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE An air mattress with linens is available for guests upon request. We live in the apartment above if you find that there is anything else you may need. Subtle noise from our 2 playful children could be heard at times but they are late risers and early to bed. We are also usually out enjoying what Kodiak has to offer. Bluetooth capable speaker is provided too for your listening pleasure.
