This recently renovated suite is a perfect location for game weekend visitors, graduations, Art's Fest, or any other event. Only 2.7 miles to the stadium, the home is in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to bus stops, restaurants, grocery shopping and more. The suite is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, dual induction hot plate, dinnerware and flatware. The sofa in the living area opens up to a bed which can accommodate one person comfortably. The coffee table opens up to a raised table so that you can enjoy any food or beverage and the table cactus can be used as coasters. The bathroom is slightly built up for plumbing so there is a small step into the bathroom and into the shower. There are permanent residents in the main house that enjoy using the back yard which also functions as the separate entrance to the guest suite. Please be respectful of the residents since the suite is located below their living space. They also have a dog in their portion of the home. It's a shared driveway so please leave room for the residents to park tandem next to your spot. Free WI-FI and self check-in is available. Football and event weekends are a two night minimum.
