There’s a back ally and backyard/parking space . Three bedrooms and one full bath are on the second floor. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Neighbors are very friendly. I have a wonderful housekeeper and we keep the house very clean. You will feel safe and comfortable here. -10 minute walk to Septa train station. -15 minute walk to Kelly Drive. -Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. -15 minute drive to Center City. -Private parking space. Starting Jan 2020 our backyard is now also a private parking space. -Long term stays are welcome and enjoy a significant discount.
