This rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, livingroom, private entrance, secure gated private parking for 3 cars and an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ, bar and mini fridge. You are only steps from the beach, kiosk and more.... This remodeled house is a concrete structure, with 2 complete houses separated in 2 levels with their own private enterances. You will be enjoying the bottom level with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has all SS appliances and microwave. You will be able to keep your car at the house. The backyard has a beautiful outdoor entertainment area with BBQ, Fireplace, Bar and new comfortable furiture. You are only steps away from the beach, kiosks, park, and resturants in the Villa Pesquera area. We keep this house very clean and sanitize every surface for safety. You will be able to enjoy the entire downstairs Unit, as well as the backyard and front courtyard. When you visit, we will be able to give you the keys to the Unit and show you around the property. If you need any suggestions or help we will be available. We currently live in the upstairs Unit and give our guest space and privacy throughout your stay. Villa Pesquera was mainly a small fishing village and farm lands originally. Today the area is more know for it's beautiful hillside landsacpes public beach and trendy weekend hotspot to visit. Do not forget to try some fresh fish at the 2 local resturants. There is not currently any public transportation services in the Villa Pesquera area, you can take a taxi or Uber to this area. Once here, all public areas, beaches, resturants and kiosk are easliy walkable.
