Costa Verde is a luxurious modern home that is completely updated with beautiful garden showers, travertine floors throughout, and wide open views of the Caribbean with full glass sliding doors. Located on a very large, private lot, with fantastic ocean views and sunsets in the world famous tropical paradise of Casa de Campo Resort. Costa Verde offers guests world-class resort amenities in tranquil and lush tropical surroundings. Our home features vaulted ceilings throughout, shuttered bedroom doors that completely slide open for full ocean views from all bedrooms. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout the house, large flat screen TV's and a large terrace that completely surrounds the house for extended living space . The villa comes fully staffed with a Cook, Maid,and Butler that have been with our family over 25 years. Breakfast and lunch are prepared daily and dinner arrangements with butler/ bartender services may be made in advance at no extra charge. The staff speaks Spanish and English. Renters are responsible for the food costs and all food can be pre stocked for your arrival. The oversized pool and heated jacuzzi area serve perfectly for dining poolside overlooking the Caribbean and is fantastic for entertaining. The villa is very lush and tropical with an island feel throughout. As the owner, I personally work with my guests to arrange airport transfers, meal planning, grocery pre-stocking, dinner reservations, T-times, and more. Private Concierge service is available for an additional fee. The Resort charges renters a daily fee for the use of the Hotel and Beach Pools, Beach chairs and umbrellas, and access to all sports, activities, dining and more. Keywords: Private Residence
