Both speak Spanish, one is bilingual (English/Spanish). Hosts are well-connected with excellent local dental and medical services should the need for a referral arise. Short rides to Centro Histórico (historic center of the city, with beautiful colonial architecture) as well as other well-known "colonias" (neighborhoods), such as Coyoacán, Condesa and Polanco. Lots of authentic restaurants within 2-3 blocks, most with outdoor or patio seating, for easy exposure to local flavor. Three blocks away is a good-sized indoor shopping mall which includes a large, well-stocked, modern supermarket. There is also a convenience store on the next corner. Uber service gets you just about anywhere. There is also a Metro (subway, tube) station nearby, as well as Metrobus (above ground, double bus service) and other local services such as the "microbus" and "peseros". Free apps provide maps of the Metro, Metrobus and bus systems. Please maintain peace and quiet between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. We have put heart and soul to create this extraordinary space.
