Ocean Front Apartment w/ Balcony

We offer a beach apartment with a great ocean view from the front balcony. And now to encourage a safe, longer stay we are offering a very generous monthly discount. So extend your stay! This 2nd story 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath unit is a nice, tranquil, breezy apartment on a quiet little street in a gated neighborhood. It is within steps of the western end of the Isla Verde Beach and a sheltered cove. Also walking distance to wide, sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished. It has two bedrooms, including a large Master bedroom with a king size bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. Room A/C mini-split units in both bedrooms and also in the kitchen / living room area. In the cooler winter season (Nov - April), the apartment is great for just opening up the double doors in the living room and enjoying the ocean breeze and view. Also, a very big plus for our apt. is that it has solar powered battery back up so we keep going even if the grid should happen to go down. Other amenities include WiFi internet, and washer/dryer in the apt.. It is a non-smoking apartment. Relax on the balcony or in the living room enjoying the beautiful ocean views or sit in the shady patio garden. Only a 15 minute drive to the airport and Old San Juan. Sheltered Cove. : This sheltered cove is an excellent place for small children to play in the sand and shallow, calm waters. It is a short walk from the apartment. To get further down the beach where there are wider, sandy stretches, remember to bring good beach shoes to comfortably walk over some rocks along the way. There are some fast food places (Pollo Tropical and the El Churry Food truck and Acai truck), excellent bakeries ( Panaderia Espana), a very good breakfast /brunch place and they also have excellent local coffee (Bistro Cafe), great local food, including 'mofongo' (La Casita,), a diner selling local and standard dishes (Levi's), pizzerias, and other fine international restaurants including Argentinian steak houses, Peruvian ceviche, and Italian. And if you feel like cooking your own meal, a supermarket is just down the road (Supermax). Local water sports: For the more adventurous, there are a few water sports shops within walking distance of the apartment. They offer scuba and snorkeling equipment and trips, wind surfing, kite sailing and paddle boarding (See Ocean Sports). Check out time is 10 am. . Check in Time is 3pm.
