Apartment Reforma is a dedicated space for travelers who seek to know the city of Oaxaca and have a quiet space to return and relax after a long day of knowing every corner of the city. With a modern and minimalist style, it is located a few blocks from the city's bus terminal, as well as places of interest such Jalatlaco, El Llano park and a few minutes from downtown. In addition to this, you will have all the necessary services for a comfortable stay. Apartment Reforma, has a private entrance separated from the main house, which makes you have more privacy, it's also set with a modern and minimalist style, greatly optimizing the spaces. In addition to this you can always enjoy a cup coffee or tea in the living room that is located outside with a balcony full of plants that will make you feel fresh and in nature. If this isn't enough, it also has a shared terrace with roof garden, that has excellent lighting at night and views of the mountains, which makes it perfect either for working, having breakfast or even having a romantic dinner under the stars. And if your thing is to take road trips or you like to have a car in the city you visit, there is no problem since it has a parking area for it (notify before arriving to have the area ready). All the space in the apartment is completely planned for the use of guests, the only shared area is the terrace, since it is occasionally used for a small family/friends meetings. (However, due to the pandemic, as long as there are guests the terrace area is mainly for you). This space is designed so that guests can have their own privacy, however, if it is necessary to talk with a host there is no problem since there is always someone in the house who can help you if necessary. Colonia Reforma, where this apartment is located, is characterized by being an area where commerce and houses abound, where you can find cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and even markets. If it's necessary, you will have everything nerby, if you need to wash clothes, a laundry is located a couple of blocks away or if you need to get to a specific place, you can get there either by foot or with public transportation since the bus stop is just one block away. The advantage of this area is its proximity to the Jalatlaco area and its easy access to the historic center, through El Llano park and the tourist walkway that leads you to Santo Domingo. If you travel by car you won't have to worry about where to leave it at night since the apartment has a parking space for one car inside the property. On the other hand, if you don't travel by car, there is no problem since this apartment is located one block away from the main avenue, which makes it very easy to get public transportation, bus or a taxi. Due to the current situation on the planet, we have taken measures so that both guests and hosts are kept safe at all times regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. A deep cleaning is performed monthly to sanitize the place, however, each time a guest arrives and leaves we repeat this same process to keep all areas clean and virus-free. We recommend you to keep your mouth mask on when you are outside the property to avoid contagion, as well as use disinfectant gel and wash your hands when entering the property.
