One of us is available and in town to help or answer questions. This is a good neighbor hood near the university. Hammond park is 1/2 block north. The CVS, Subway sandwich shop, and Quik Trip are 2 1/2 blocks away. The Country Mart grocery store is 4 1/2 blocks south on Merchant street.
