Walk to Frigate Bay beach from our spacious, comfortable, downstairs apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms in quiet neighborhood. This apartment is just a ten-minute walk to the Caribbean sea on beautiful Frigate Bay beach. It is close to restaurants, night life, golf, water sports, and groceries. Featuring off-street parking, washer, dryer, and wi-fi. We have equipped the apartment with great care to make sure you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay in St. Kitts. The apartment is perfect for relaxation inside and out. The bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort and have plenty of storage. We have a washer and dryer for your convenience and a beautiful lawn with fruit trees. This is a downstairs apartment in a two storey building. The upstairs may occasionally be occupied but any guests there have a separate entrance. You will have access to the entire downstairs apartment and garden. We live on another property nearby. Available to assist if needed, otherwise your vacation is your own! Frigate Bay is a lovely area close to the beach with lots of restaurants and things to do. We are a short drive from the South East peninsula and from Basseterre, the capital of the island. There is on-site off-street parking. Taxis are a phone call away. Traffic is fairly light and the road system is not complex, so a rental car is a great option to consider. Currently, guests visiting St. Kitts must quarantine for 14 days after entering. If you spend this quarantine at our place, the government requirements stipulate that you MUST hire 24 hour security which costs approximately US$180 per day. This is not included in the rental cost. Once we determine whether you need to quarantine or not, we will add this to the charge.
