Private Two-Suites Unit with Cable TV/Netflix

My name is Iris. I am a world traveler and would like to provide a nice place for people who would prefer to have a clean home away from their homes. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in West Valley, Yakima. This private unit has two suites with a full kitchen, a separate entrance and its own garage. It is newly renovated in 2019. Printing service and paper threader can be provided when requested. The house is close to Rosauers Supermarket Plaza. You will find a comfortable memory foam Queen bed with high quality sheets, an alarmed clock with a USB charger on the back, basic dishes/utensils, coffee/tea machine, a full kitchen and a combined washer/dryer. You will also find fresh eggs and oatmeal should you decide to cook a little in the morning. There are garage parking and off street parking for the unit. Both the garage door and the entry door are digitalized. We will send you the codes the day before your arrival. The unit with two guest suites has the full kitchen, Cable TV and the private backyard patio to its own. I will also provide my cell phone number before your arrival. Please feel free to text or call me if you need anything during your stay. The house is located in a very quiet safe neighborhood. In the nearby Rosauers supermarket plaza, you will find restaurants and coffee shops. If you like to hike, a short 5 minute drive can take you to Cowiche Cayon Trails. It is an hour drive to White Pass ski area in winter. There are cherry picking in summer and fruit warehouses all year round. It is also a short 5 minute drive to West Valley High School for sports and SAT tests. It is an easy 10 minute drive to Yakima downtown area and 7 minute drive to the newly built YMCA on the 40th Ave.
