Our one bedroom apartment is cozy, comfortably and fits two and has the perfect location to enjoy Caonillas Lake view all over. Quiet and relaxing retreat perfect for couples seeking to get away from city bustle and un-wind. Our apartment has the best location at the lake. Located below a local relax restaurant owned by me, you won't find a place with such spectacular view of Lago Caonillas. Its comfortable, spacious and so relaxing. It's as if not a worry can reach you all the way over here! Surrounded by the lake, mountains, nature and tranquility. It's peaceful away from city bustle, city lights and you can enjoy spectacular starry nights. The apartment is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, kitchen cabinets with a microwave, mini-fridge, portable electric grill pan and coffee maker to start the day! It has a fully tiled bathroom with shower. Our place is spacious, comfortable and filled with good vibes! You get access to private yard area that leads right into the lakeside. There's also a cute gazebo with a hammock perfect to just chill and hey, maybe take a nap? Perfect for couples seeking a place to relax and be stress-free. Private terrace, patio, gazebo and access to the lake if you feel like fishing! At the upper level is Lake View Bar & Rest. where you can get some lunch, dinner and some drinks! As often as possible. I live next to the facilities. We love to make people feel welcomed and right at home! Our apt. @ Lake View is located west of Utuado 17min (approx) from town. What I love about this place is how clear from all the city clutter is. You can breathe fresh air and it's so peaceful. No loud neighbors, town's not that far and the locals are friendly.
