This is a gorgeous 3 bdrm 2 bathroom first floor condo at Sea Palms, Tower Isles with stunning views of the Caribbean sea. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 3 kids and is equipped with all the essentials as well as 24/7 security to make your vacation safe, enjoyable and relaxing. Housekeeping comes every other day or as needed. Need additional services like cooking, laundry, or shuttles into town? We provide that as well at an additional cost just ask! Entry into the unit opens up into a spacious living room that looks out onto the ocean. Just off the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen before making your way on to the bedrooms. Of the three bedrooms, two will have a king size bed and the third will be two double beds. The master room will have an ensuite bathroom while the two other rooms will share the second bathroom. Right off the living room you will also have an outdoor patio that has an amazing view of the ocean. From here you can see the pool and the private swimming cove. All guests will have access to the property swimming pool and private swimming cove in the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. Majority of guests interaction will be online or telephone based with Myself or Sebastian. We will be available for any questions or concerns throughout the booking process or during your stay with us. You will have in person interaction with Miss Pauline who will be available upon check-in and check-out and who will provide your daily cleaning services. She is also available for help with any questions while at the apartment and can arrange for cooking and laundry services at an additional cost. Miss Pauline is usually on property between 9am-4pm but can adjust her schedule based on your preference. . Ocho Rios is known for its beautiful beaches and access to fine dining with a Jamaican spin. If you feel like eating out, you have the option of little Jamaican spot right across the street from the property otherwise we are a 10 to 15 minute drive away from the town where you will have world renowned local and international dinning options such as the famous Miss T's (Jamaican cuisine), Passage to India (Indian Cuisine), Evita's (Italian Cuisine), and so many more. There are also supermarket options within 5-10 minutes of the property for the days you want a home cooked meal. With the property located just outside the town, you get to enjoy all the must see sites and excursions of Ocho Rios while being able to avoid the hustle and bustle of the town center. Sites like the famous Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove and Mystic Mountain are just a 15 minute drive through town with stops along the way like Bamboo Beach and Margaritaville (please note that these usually require an entrance fee). Located about 20 minutes from the mouth of the White River you can take a quick day trip to sites like the famous Spanish Bridge or the Blue Hole for a unique Island experience that makes for great pictures and even more amazing memories. The location of our property makes for the perfect trip to Jamaica for those looking to Explore or even locals looking for a "staycation". We are within 1 to 3 hours of any part of the island you want to experience. Whether you you want to go rafting on the blue lagoon in Port Antonio, visit the 7 mile beach and watching the sunset from Ricks Cafe In Negril, or experiencing any one of Jamaica's 2 cities, it can all be done in a day trip and we can help you arrange it! Easy access to public transportation from the property gate but if you wish to have a chartered car take you around we can have that arranged for you at an additional cost. ☼ This property can sleep up to 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 12. if the booking is made for only adults and teens, the max capacity to book is 6 people. ☼Please remember that this property is a mix between residential and vacation units. Enjoy yourself and relax just be considerate of our neighbors and the surroundings especially with noise levels. ☼ NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. There is an outdoor patio that you may use if you need to. If you are caught smoking in the room there will be a $100 USD fine. ☼ The housekeeper can provide Laundry and Cooking services upon request for $20/load (wash &dry) and $20-$35/day respectively. Just let us know if you will require any of these services. She can also assist with arranging transportation and grocery shopping as needed.
