Timber frame, vaulted ceiling chalet with views!

This fantastic mountain chalet has the most stunning timber frame interior, open concept with the loft over looking the main room. The location is hard to beat with basically ski in/ ski out and minutes from the main Kicking Horse village. If you travel with young kids we have you covered. We left the house set up with baby and toddler items. High chair, booster seat, pack and play, toys books, bath toys and steps for the littles to get to sink or toilet. First off the location and views is hard to beat. From both sides you have mountain views, huge windows to see all angles. The location is just up the hill from the village and close to all the hiking trails just out the back door. There are doors at the front, side and back of the house to enjoy access. We have two patios. One off the master bedroom facing the ski resort that gets the mid-day sun. The second is off the living room and has patio furniture to enjoy in the summer. BBQ available as well. The house is advertised as a four bedroom to help display the bed arrangements. The room that states the king and sofa bed is a semi private room as it is in the loft. When you walk up the stairs the sitting room has the sofa bed that can be made into a bed with all the bedding set up in the ottoman beside it. Then the king bed is on the other side of the loft above the living room, outside the master bedroom entrance. You would likely share the master bedroom bathroom. This king bed is the most comfortable and has the best morning views. Looking out the massive windows to the valley and sunrise. You won’t need a single thing in the kitchen. Fully stocked with dishes, glass wear, cooking pots and pans, serving plates, and Tupperware. Two coffee makers; keurig machine and coffee pot with pods provided for keurig. Kids plates and spill less cups etc. Lots of extra spices and condiments left in the fridge to enjoy. You have access to the whole house, hot tub, patios, bbq, laundry and backyard. The only part of the house not available is the garage. We love the side door entrance for skiers to use and keep all the ski gear out of the main door area. Lots of space in the closet to hang gear to dry after a fun day playing in the snow. Same goes for biking helmets etc. I am very reliable to contact at any time with questions via phone or email. We have a property manager who can come if needed during your stay for any reason. All mountain activities: Winter- - ski/snowboarding at one of Canada’s top resorts for terrain and elevation - snowmobiling - snow shoeing and cross country skiing - hiking - mountain top dinning Summer- - mountain bike park - cross country bike trails - lakes - hiking - viewing of boo the bear - fishing Up at the resort you can walk or bike everywhere. The drive way will fit up to 3/4 vehicles. Please don’t park on the street if there are more vehicles. There is lots of parking in the day lots by the day lodge. - The coffee machine is a keurig or regular pot is available as well - Provided some coffee to get you started - Kids toys, books, high chair and booster seat available - Comfortable beds and lots of extra soft blankets to keep you cozy
