We are renting out our large 3 bedroomed basement, which can comfortably sleep 6 people. With a brand new kitchen, bathroom and newly painted living room this space is perfect for that weekend getaway. We are located in quiet Fall River 10 minutes away from the airport, and less than 15 minutes to local shops and restaurants. We are currently only allowing guests who have booked with us to use the property. We thank you for your understanding. Our Heated pool is available every day from June through to September until 9 pm so don't forget your bathing suit! This is our home we use all the outside facilities so there is a strong chance you will see us out using the pool from time to time or out using the fire pit. However we understand and respect your need for privacy and will be sure to let you enjoy your time here. Our son is very well behaved and loves to socialize with children, he’s made many friends from the air bnb. If you ever have any concerns please don’t be afraid to ask, we don’t bite! We are centrally located. Minutes from the airport, Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford , golf course and grand lake all close by.
