This relaxing bedroom is located in an ideal spot because it is a 6-10 minutes drive (based on traffic) to St.John’s city and the Antigua Recreation Ground; 15 minutes to Jabberwock beach; 10 minutes to the V.C. Bird international Airport and the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket stadium; it is also a 20 minutes drive to Falmouth Harbour and the North Sound Marina; also just a 3 minutes drive to nearby supermarkets. Enjoy a free pick up from the airport+bkfst. Drop off can be arranged for a small fee. This bedroom is ideal for a single person or a couple. Access to the room is via the house’s verandah. The room is equipped with an air conditioner and a fan if you prefer to use it. A fridge (which is prestocked with snacks, cold drinks and water available for purchase), a full size bed with sheets and a closet which contains hangers. The ensuite bathroom includes towels, a bathtub and shower with 24 hours water also a small vanity houses complimentary bathroom essentials. Guests will have access to the main verandah which overlooks two main streets of Potters Village and the patio at the back of the house which includes a dining area surrounded by the tropical backyard garden. You will have the opportunity to mingle with a Cuban-Antiguan family. Details regarding keys and local contacts will be fully explained once the booking has been finalized. Potters Village is a charming suburban locale situated on the outskirts of the capital of St. John's. The general atmosphere is relaxed and decidedly informal, with a gentle average elevation of 49 ft and cool afternoon breezes. There are many local superettes and food vendors around the village. Potters has the greatest density of Churches in the entire Eastern Caribbean, including denominations such as Anglican, Catholic, Pentecostal, Wesleyan and more, all within a minute of each other! Potters Village is also the place where the famous Antiguan band the Burning Flames was formed. There is a nearby bus stop that takes you to the City of Saint John's in 6-10 minutes. Enjoy a free pick up from the airport. The drop off to the airport can be arranged. Your host can assist you with transportation for a small fee to any destination or if you desire. There is also a bike available for rent, you just have to ask the host for this option. Also, the possibility of renting a vehicle can be organized.
