Lake Condo, Right On The Water!

Located directly across the street from Veterans Memorial Golf Course club house on the lake. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a king bed, air mattress and a couch. There is a nice patio just a couple feet from the lake and a long private dock on the lake side that you and other guests may use and enjoy. Great for a getaway to enjoy a weekend at the lake. The entire apartment, as well as the patio and dock are available for your use. There is a coffee maker, Keurig, outdoor grill, beach towels, cards, board games, and books. The patio is the perfect location to catch a beautiful Clear Lake sunset! For days spent inside, there are cards, board games, janga, books, Amazon fire stick with all major streaming app’s, and access to my YouTube TV account with over 80 channels. The entire apartment will be for your use and there is a patio deck that is shared between apartments 3 and 4. There is also a coin laundry machine that is shared by the complex and you're welcome to use it. I have an assortment of games which include can jam, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, connect 4, bounce battle, and frisbee golf. Some can be played on the property and you are welcome to take games to the park 4 blocks up the street! I am around in case of emergency but give guests their space. I am available by text or call at anytime. I would be more than happy to make recommendations to you while you visit Clear Lake. Located on North Shore Drive. Prime location on the point of the lake. One of the few properties on the entire lake that has view of the entire lake! Car and bike are the best way to get around.
