There is an automatic key pad lock so you can have the flexibility to come and go as you desire. There is only one bathroom-which is meticulously clean. What you'll find is an incredibly convenient space where you can visit Ketchikan's best attractions within a few steps! Parking is on-street, first-come-first-served. However, you really don't need a vehicle here. You are steps from downtown Ketchikan, and a short jaunt to the famous Creek Street. Taxis in Ketchikan are surprisingly inexpensive for trips in town. ($5-10) Consider renting a car if you are planning activities outside of the city limits. Parking is ON STREET as on a space available basis, and this can be challenging in the high season of summer tourism. Please note that there are 50+ stairs to access this property.
