The upper unit is one bedroom with two beds ( king & double), bathroom, an open air kitchen, patio sofa, dining table. All new modern kitchen appliances; quality linens. Gated carport. A small heated pool on the lower level and bathroom. One block from the beach and two blocks to the town square. Modern kitchens with gas stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots/pans. Pool can be heated, pool shower, spacious upper terrace with outdoor kitchenette. You have use of the entire house. You will be in the good care of our managing team: Rosa and Juan who will greet you on arrival. Housekeeping included twice a week. Lo De Marcos is a quiet traditional coastal town, 10 minutes north of San Poncho, 20 minutes north of Sayulita, one hour from Puerto Vallarta. The ocean here is calm with no strong under current, making it superb swimming! You will hear the ocean waves while you sleep! Everything is walking distance as we are just off the main street with all the restaurants and markets. There are collectivos and buses running regularly to take you to towns north or south of here, as well as plentiful taxis.
