Carriage house Full kitchen Queen bed Courtyard

There’s a canopy queen bed with lighting on canopy many lights through the carriage house.. there’s an upstairs studio with toilet in its own room.. sink outside of toilet room, and Shower/claw foot tub combo on its own platform.. 🛀🏾🧼 They can use back patio courtyard, fire pit, and they are pretty self contained in this unit.. has full kitchen, fridge, microwave, bath/shower, and extra mattress for additional bed, and bedding provided.. You access the carriage house, through the main houses sun room... guests are welcome to tour main house, as well.. I’m usually on sight to check guests in, show them where everything is, answer questions, and provide numbers where I can be reached at all times.. ❤️ I describe the neighborhood and local parks and eateries to the guests.. we have it set up with 3 eateries to give guests staying with us, 10% off their meals, as well! I answer any questions guests have with regards to traveling around the town and environs..Ocean Olympic peninsula, shopping, etc Where the fire extinguisher and first aid kits, as well as local POLICE DEPT number...
