A custom built German family vacation home, our beautiful property is located in the picturesque, quiet, peaceful area of Terence Bay. Enjoy your vacation at our private home with a fantastic 180' panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. Relax on our spacious deck to soak up the sun and refreshing ocean breeze. Find yourself in a perfect place for stargazing and escape the city. The luxurious master bedroom is large and very comfortable bedding, with an en-suite, walk-in closet and a dedicated door leading to the deck. Heat pump( heating and air- conditioning) installed in the master bedroom. Two more bedrooms are located on the same floor with also comfortable queen-sized beds, closets, and a shared bathroom with shower booth. * Every room has a BRANDED MATTRESS and MEMORY FORM TOPPER to softer, more comfortable. Cathedral ceilings in the living room and dining room are encompassed with rich pine throughout. Guests are welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen,so guests doesn't need to bring anything to cook! *We recently built a beautiful HOME CAFFE where can watch sunrise and sunset and put NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE. * Installed a Heat pump(Heating and Air conditioning) in the living room and master bedroom. * installed a REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER PURIFIERS that our guests can safely drink clean water. There is a kitchen nook prepared with fresh coffee, various teas, strawberry jam, and all sorts of spices. We do our best for guests!😍 Our spacious deck has 2 patio sets, a BBQ and beach lounge chairs. A fire pit in the large garden is perfect for summer campfires. Guests will have access to the entire upper level of the house (3 bed rooms, 2 full washrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, kitchen nook, living room, sun room, Cafe etc.), BBQ, spacious deck, back garden, fire pit, etc. Grace and Jay live on the garden suites lower level of the house with their own entrance. They respect their guests' privacy in the whole space, but are happy to help when needed. The levels of the house are completely separated, allowing guests total privacy. We are located in 2 minutes away from sandy beaches, the Atlantic Heritage park trails, and a Sea Kayaking Centre. Iconic Peggy's Cove and the harbour city of Halifax down town are 25 mins drives in either direction.
