Basic family accommodations on NW Puerto Rico

Cottage in a rural setting with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean to the north, and the Mountain Range tot he south. Close to main highway, restaurants, commerce. 10 minutes from Guajataca Beach. Basic, yet comfortable accommodations. Nice view to the Atlantic Ocean. Only 1.5 miles to the shoreline. Great place to explore waterfalls, caves, mountains, beaches, etc... Will have access to private parking, gated. Also entire upstairs area. There is a separate one bedroom apartment downstairs that may be rented separately. Please be courteous to other guests if the downstairs is occupied during the time of your visit, I live in Central Florida, but the housekeeper for these units lives right across the street. I am available day or night to take your calls. Rural setting in a mixed neighborhood. Neighbors may get noisy at times, specially during weekends. There is a farm nearby, so you may smell the typical scents from a farm. Very little public transportation is available on this side of the Island. Uber and Lift are NOT available. Taxis can be very expensive. Best option is to rent a car at the airport. There is no WiFi available. after hurricane Maria knocked down the lines. The cable company is still working to restore the lines. Also: There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment downstairs that is available separately. Please be courteous to your neighbors downstairs if the apartment is occupied during your stay.
