Our suite at the 5 Star Dawn Beach Club is an oasis from which you and your family will set off on your daily adventures across the beautiful island of St Maarten / St Martin. The entire resort has been renovated and it's better than ever. Your rental will always start on a Saturday afternoon and it ends the following Saturday morning. Our 1700 square foot luxury condo is the perfect home base for your tropical adventure in paradise. It is short drive to Orient Beach, Grand Case and everywhere youwant to go. Nearby activities include snorkeling, jet-skiing, parasailing, sailing, kayaking, wind-surfing, relaxing on the beach or by the pool, shopping; hitting the fitness centre or indulging in the spa. Great restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive away. Dawn Beach Club stretches along the shore of Dawn Beach on the island's Dutch side. Guests will enjoy accommodations with a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, spacious living areas, and DVD player, large flat screen TV's in the bedrooms and the living room. The suite even includes full laundry facilities. You will love the fully equipped kitchen. The entire facility is built with accessible features including elevator access and wide doorways. Even the showers are floor level with no steps. Our condo has been totally refreshed since Hurricane Irma. I am certain you and your friends are going to just adore the high quality finishes and features. Guests have full use of the suite including kitchen and laundry facilities At the Dawn Beach Resort you will enjoy access to restaurants, bars, fitness center, the freshwater pool, hot tub and beach. We just love being at the Dawn Beach! Our days starts very early as we catch the sunrise over the Atlantic, it is breathtaking. After taking a walk on the beach, we usually drive to the french grocery store that is located a few minutes away in the village of Oyster Pond, for fresh baguette and croissant. Be sure to arrive by 0830 to ensure a reasonable selection. After breakfast, the world is your oyster, play on the beach, drive up to Orient Beach, visit Pinel Island, go shopping in Philipsburg or Marigot. The options are simply fantastic. In the evening cook dinner in our suite, or maybe visit the Lolos in Grand Case. We highly recommend Bistrot Caribes. We will supply you with a list of great restaurants all across the island. Enjoy a drink on the balcony with the sound of the Atlantic as your audio accompaniment. Then enjoy a wonderful night sleeping on our first class matresses, while dreaming about doing it all again. I know it sounds #TGTBT I can't wait to get back there and I know you won't want to leave. Our favorite way to enjoy the island is to rent a car at the airport. Prices start as low as $30 per day for an ecomony car. Maybe you will want to be adventurous and rent a 4 door Jeep, you name it, it's available. With a car you can visit almost any beach, restaurant or bar in less than 45 minutes. The roads are easy to navigate and the driving style is tame compared to most large cities. In other words, if you can drive in New York, driving in St Martin will be a breeze! You can fly directly to SXM from the following cities; Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, New York, Newark, Toronto, Montreal, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris and a host of Caribbean countries.
