Serene Get-Away in Clear Lake Country

Retreat to this cozy, newly renovated home after a morning hike through a beautiful boreal trail and an afternoon of lounging at the beach and playing in Clear Lake. This four-season cabin has the conveniences and comforts of home with the wild beauty of Riding Mountain National Park. The kitchen is well-outfitted for preparing meals (including fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, French press, kettle), or if you prefer, barbecue on the deck, have a hotdog roast beneath the pines in the firepit or experience a local restaurant. Main floor laundry is located next to the kitchen. View the visiting wildlife, through the large picture window in the living room. The sofa bed allows for extra guests. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower and tub, and heated tile to keep your feet warm. Get a good-night's sleep on the queen bed in the master bedroom and there is plenty of space to store your belongings in the large closet. The second bedroom has a double-on-the-bottom, twin-on-the-top bunk bed from which you can see glimpses of Octopus Lake through the poplar leaves outside the window. Snuggle up under a blanket in the finished basement for a late night or rainy-day movie. The T.V. has Netflix, Prime Video and Apple T.V. There are family games, puzzles and a few other toys for the kids. The house is nestled at the back of an expansive yard with outdoor toys and plenty of space to run around and kick a ball. We will be available by text. Riding Mountain National Park is five minutes away by car.. In the charming town of Wasagaming you will find Clear Lake's beaches, shops, restaurants, parks, tennis, mini-golf, bike rentals, marina and more. The park holds scenic hiking trails for beginners to experienced adventurers; many spectacular lakes and opportunities to see local wildlife in its natural habitat. Central Onanole is a short walk where you will find a playground, essential amentities, shops and restaurants.
