Located on approx 1.5 acres of private property in an extremely quiet community. A better place to spend quarantine than a hotel, and perfect place to get away from it all while on a business strip in the HRM. The suite is completely separated from our house and has its own entrance, full bath, kitchenette (sink in bathroom), etc. Tenants will also have access to a large front yard; all solely for their use and on the same property as suite, therefore within all COVID rules. All space listed is for use solely by the guests. We live in neighbouring house, so will be available as required. A very quite and peaceful neighbourhood.
